1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for full refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Custom or special-order items
Bulk wholesale orders (unless defective or incorrect)
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

Contact us at 📧 info@gseventools.com with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return.
Wait for our team to approve the return and provide instructions.
Ship the item back to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@gseventools.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the item and packaging to info@gseventools.com.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
